These are the cornerstones of my training style, and it all starts with choice. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to movement, with all-or-nothing challenges and a ‘push through the pain’ attitude. What I DO believe is that you should get to choose when, where and how you connect to your body and integrate movement into your life, at your own pace and intensity.
