About Me.

Hi, I’m Tamiah! Movement has always been a big part of my life – from dance to aerial circus, martial arts, athletics and stunts. Born and raised in Perth, Australia, I was privileged to have access to wide open spaces and encouraging parents on my endless journey to try every kind of physical activity. These skills lead me to become a performance capture actor for video games, so when I’m not coaching, I’m usually in a skin-tight onesie covered in mocap markers!

As a queer, mixed-race WOC, I work closely with BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ folks to enhance wellness and body euphoria. I strive to create brave spaces that empower folks to strengthen and amplify the body they were born in, to better align with how they express.

Drawing on over a decade of movement skills, weight training, NASM, TIWL and Animal Flow® certifications, I craft holistic, individualized workout programs that meet YOUR needs and expectations, not society’s. I believe everyone deserves to experience body euphoria, so let’s move!

Communication

I love to stay updated to how you’re feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, and have set work hours in which I will respond. Consent is sexy! So I’ll often ask before giving physical cues (touch) or inquiring about the origin of a feeling or barrier.

Autonomy

Your body, your choice, it really is that simple. My goal is to help you experience more alignment with how you feel in your body. My coaching style is collaborative and I will encourage, champion and educate in ways that feel empowering and exciting to each unique individual.

Where are you located?

I am based in Los Angeles, CA and offer in-person sessions in Sherman Oaks, Hollywood and Cypress Park. Virtual training sessions are also available.

What are your operating hours?

Sessions are available 7 AM to 7 PM Monday & Tuesday, 7 AM to 5 PM Wednesday to Friday and 9 AM to 12 PM Saturday. Holiday hours may vary.

Where will we be training?

For in-person sessions you have the choice of training outdoors in Sherman Oaks, or indoors at Everybody Gym in Cypress Park; an inclusive, welcoming space with a wide range of equipment.

What are your qualifications?

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Animal Flow® Instructor and certified Trauma Informed Weight Lifting coach.

How much do sessions cost?
